В Молодёжной столице пройдёт фестиваль гребешка «На гребне»

Уже в седьмой раз во Владивостоке пройдёт фестиваль дальневосточных гребешков «На гребне». С 28 июня по 6 июля на Набережной Цесаревича пройдёт уличная часть гастрособытия.

20 ресторанов города запускают специальное меню с уникальным локальным продуктом — морским гребешком. Попробовать можно будет в разных форматах: пянсе с гребешком, хинкали, супы, блины, фастфуд и много другое. Цены демократичные: от 200 до 420 рублей за блюдо.

«Мы намеренно отходим от термина «Приморская кухня» и выходим на «Дальневосточную». Вместе с этим мы действительно можем назвать себя ещё и гастрономической столицей, делая вкусно и качественно. Большая заслуга фестиваля — объединение поваров разных ресторанов в одно сообщество», — рассказал Виталий Станиславчук, руководитель департамента проектного управления и аналитики ТИЦ Приморья.

В честь Года Семьи в России на Неделе Молодежной столицы пройдут семейные мастер-классы от шеф-поваров по приготовлению гребешка. Готовить будут со своими друзьями и семьями. Первые мастер-классы пройдут уже 28 июня в 17:00.

Расписание гастроулицы фестиваля «На гребне»:

  • 28 июня — 14:00 — 21:00
  • 29 июня — 10:00 — 21:00
  • С 30 июня по 5 июля будет работать половина площадок ресторанов

В День города, 6 июля, все снова соберутся в полном составе на Набережной Цесаревича с 10:00 до 21:00

Помимо фестиваля, 6 июля сеть грузинских домов «Супра» приглашает всех устанавливать рекорд России — слепить максимальное количество хинкали за пять минут. Организаторы планируют слепить около 5000 хинкали из гребешка!

В этот же день на Набережной Цесаревича под эгидой фестиваля «На гребне» состоится детский дуатлон, а по акватории Амурского залива пройдёт парусная регата.

Владивостокский фестиваль дальневосточного гребешка «На гребне» объединяет гастросообщество всей страны. Так, в 2024 году в фестивале примет участие 235 ресторанов из 40 городов.

А мы встречаемся на Дне Молодёжи и пробуем гребешок ежедневно с 28 июня по 6 июля!
