Студенческие отряды не только трудоустраивают студентов и школьников на лето, но и способствуют спортивному, гражданскому, творческому развитию молодёжи Приморская края и города Владивостока. Так, в Творческом фестивале приняло участие 600 участников движения.

«Приехал на Творческий фестиваль пораньше, посетил музей отрядов во Владивостокском государственном университете. Я больше узнал о работе отрядов и поразился, увидев молодёжь, которая в свободное от учебы время не прожигает жизнь, а идет работать расти, самореализовываться», — рассказал депутат Думы города Владивостока Недбай Евгений, гость мероприятия.

Отряды на протяжении нескольких месяцев готовились к гала-концерту по нескольким номинациям: отрядная песня, сольная песня, театр одного актёра, театральный этюд, отрядный танец, история улиц, дыхание сцены, видеоролик, VK клип. Мероприятие призвано развивать творческий потенциал бойцов студотрядов. Ежегодно участники сплочаются во время подготовки к долгожданному гала-концерту. Конкурсанты вложили немало сил, эмоций и энергии в свои номера.

В конце мероприятия каждый отряд был награжден дипломами участников и памятными значками. Победители номинаций получили кубки и памятные подарки. Также по итогам мероприятия были выбраны мисс и мистер Творческого фестиваля. Ими стали Фадеева Анастасия из трудового отряда подростков «Дофамин» и Квашук Прохор из студенческого педагогического отряда «Цетус». Главная награда — «Гран-при» Творческого фестиваля была присуждена сольной песне педагогического отряда «Территория Инициативы», объединившая все направления и отряды Приморья в тексте и в визуальных образах.

Особенностью фестиваля 2024 года стало участие школьников из трудовых отрядов подростков наравне со студентами. Ребята показали конкурентноспособный уровень и будут дальше участвовать в ежегодных мероприятиях, находя для себя новые пути личностного и творческого развития в Молодёжной столице.
